beach near Coed Llanddol

We arrived on a very hot Sunday in July and only 1 lift was working, still the same when we checked out in the Tuesday. We had to use the stairs most of time as there was always queues for lifts. The hotel needs a major refurbishment, it was very tired looking in a lot of places. Our room carpet had some stains and rubbish from previous occupants was under the stool when I moved it. Walls are paper thin, you could hear your neighbours coming on at all hours. They don’t service rooms for less than 3 night stays under the guise of environmental impact…. You could ask for more towels etc and to be fair staff were helpful when we needed anything. I wouldn’t rush back here to be honest.

Appartment was clean, management were fantastic allowing early access to drop bags and made the whole thing easy and stress free. Venue is fantastic, as described. Clean, good space, comfy beds and brilliant shower Central location has pro and cons.. because it’s central the noise can be loud but earplugs fixed that problem. We were over for the football and will definitely stay again.
