New family room or playroom or a 4th or 5th bedroom under the house, newly updated. Also includes new kitchen cabinets, new Granite countertops, and new flooring. This beautiful home is conveniently located close to the Causeway near restaurants, shopping, food stores, ice cream shops, bike rentals, mini-golf, and other family activities as well as near Ron Jons and the new CVS. An easy drive to Atlantic City with its famous Boardwalk and numerous World-Class Casinos. The house is one hour from Philadelphia and a ninety-minute commute from New York City. There is a large wrap-around deck with deck furniture plus a rooftop deck. Private enclosed outside shower with a dressing area plus plenty of off-street parking.
