Welcome to our beachside vacation home! This house has beautiful ocean views, with beach access right across the street and a great location, not too far from the bridge, and an easy bike ride to Ship Bottom or down to Beach Haven! You can also walk to one of the best donut and coffee spots on the island! We hope you'll come and stay with us this summer.
Main level: Come gather in the updated and fully equipped kitchen, with seating and supplies for up to 10 people. The kitchen opens to the family room, with a wrap around sofa, ocean view deck, and a gas fireplace for chilly nights. (The sofa has a very comfortable king sized pull out sleeper for extra guests.)
Exhausted after a long day out on the sand? Watch a movie or DVD on the 60 in family room TV . Also on the main level is a bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with tub shower, laundry room with ironing board (we will leave you some soap to get started), and another bathroom.
Upstairs: Three more bedrooms, a den and two bathrooms. The master bedroom with an on-suite bath has a queen bed and breathtaking ocean views with access to the upper level deck. The second bedroom has sweeping views and a slider out to the upper level deck. This room is equipped with a pull-out queen sized sleeper, so it could also double as a second family room with a second gas fireplace. Please take any books you find on the shelving unit to enjoy!Card games and board games are found in the unit for the occasional rainy day. The third bedroom has twin beds and is next to a full hall bath. Also upstairs is a small den, with a loveseat. Great sleeping options for kids who want their own space.The den has a desk and wireless printer for the unfortunate guests who have to work while at the beach.
Lower level: The entry is on the lower level, where you will find 10 beach badges and a collection of beach supplies, including chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. The north garage is set up for an extra hangout space, with drinks from the garage refrigerator, wall hung tv screen for gaming and a shuffleboard table.
Outside: After a day at the beach, chill out on the back patio. Gas grill, table and umbrella and outdoor shower ( truly great) are ready for your use. There's even a small, bathroom off the back of garage with a slop sink.(Just in case you catch some fish). The backyard has a clothesline to air out those sandy shorts! Into cycling? Ocean Boulevard is light on traffic and fantastic for a ride down the island. The garage has two rechargeable battery operated lanterns with built in phone chargers just in case the weather turns.
Parking: Off street parking for 5 cars.
More cool stuff: Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV. WiFi and basic cable provided. Bring your “sticks” ( Roku, Firestick) for added TV viewing. There is an elevator that's great to help bring your stuff up from the car to the main and upper levels. (The elevator cannot accommodate a full sized wheelchair on each level.) Also included: Central A/C, a central vac system for easy sand clean up, ceiling fans in bedroom, highchair, air fryer and Keurig, Mr. Coffee and French press for the coffee lovers.
