The staff was great, very calm and polite. The room was very clean and full of useful amenities. The kitchenette was complete with all the cooking essentials and the appliances were brand new. The room is perfect for an extended business trip. The daily cleaning was great, leaving the room spotless every time. There were minor scratches and breaks in the bathroom, but this did not affect the overall great impression.
The breakfast was good, quite varied, but the puff pastry was a bit bland.
Overall, a great value for money and a realli nice place to stay.

Breakfast was decent with a good variety. Spa was fairly good although pool closed. Was not advised of any VIP benefits which is disappointing.
Staff were excellent at reception, friendly and offered early check-in and late check out.
Well located near metro, bus stop and wothin walking distance to main sights. Safe area and clean.

Værelset var hvad det lovede og beliggenheden er god når man skal gå en tur i Charyn. Dog var 2 ud af 3 ruter til vores skuffelse lukket, selvom man til overpris kunne få en guidet tur til en af dem.
