Funstays Glamping! Enjoy the camping and outdoor experience in the comforts of this Park Model Cabin!

Located at Blue Spruce RV Park & Cabins, this Cabin is setup and ready to use upon arrival. We own and manage the park along with the Cabin and we have an onsite staff for anything needed, just like a hotel.

Located 40 minutes northeast of Durango, CO, Blue Spruce RV Park & Cabins is a quiet, full amenity campground in The Vallecito Lake Community. Our park is nestled in The San Juan National Forest and backs up to the mountains. The park is a short drive to Vallecito Lake and surrounded by great hiking trails and outdoor activities. Our amenities include a dining hall for group events, game room with parlor games (pool tables, air hockey, darts), basketball court, horseshoe pit, ping pong table, and a great outdoor pavilion. We offer multiple cabins, park apartments, and pre-setup RV's for rent. We are a perfect launching point for endless outdoor fun with amenities to keep you and your kids busy when back at the park.

A personal gas grill, picnic table, and firepit are setup outside your cabin for the optimal camping experience!

The Space:

This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath cabin. It sleeps 5.

This rental includes:
• 1 Full Bed in bedroom. 2 twin size bunk beds in area off bedroom. One full size futon that folds out in living area.
• All bedding and towels are provided
• Bath soap, shampoo, and dish soap are provided
• Fully stocked kitchen to cook your own meals which includes basic cookware, flatware, dishes & glassware.
• Free Cable TV. Free Wifi sufficient for email, zoom calls and social media. Streaming can be a challenge when the park is busy.
• AC & Furnace
• Full Bathroom. (RV Park also has Communal Bathrooms w/additional showers if needed.)
• Standard Coffee Maker w/filters
• Personal firepit, picnic table & gas grill outside rental (propane provided for grill, firewood for sale at park)
• On site coin operated laundry room

Requirements to Rent:
• Park quiet hours of 9pm-7am is enforced
• No smoking, no bikes inside
• Not required, but we kindly ask you to remove shoes while in the rental, particularly in carpeted areas
• No more than two licensed vehicles of any type are permitted per site.
• Extra parking for vehicles and trailers is available but not guaranteed. Please reach out to us to arrange prior to arrival.

Quiet and cozy

The location is off the beaten path but very quiet and beautiful. My daughter had a blast at the playground. There were all different sized bikes at the playground and she found a tricycle to ride and had a blast. There is also a fenced in dog park there. My three pups had fun in the dog park. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We'd be happy to visit again.

Cute tiny cabin

Much smaller than anticipated, but still functional. Cabin was clean except for the dishes, which are washed by renters, not property managers. We had to wash all dishes before use because of old food caked on them. Not enough utensils either. All but one spoon was serving size. Even with those minor issues, it was nice to find an affordable, cat friendly rental that was clean and well maintained.
