Nicholas was a nice manager. The property is in need of some minor repairs and a good cleaning. The door to the bathrooms are very dirty with hand prints, the cabinet that houses the dishes is very dusty inside, and there were a number of cobwebs everywhere. There is no shower curtain on the shared bathroom so water sprays everywhere. The included parking is only for a very small car as it is only 2 meters wide. Finding parking on the street is difficult. The location is great.

Our party was myself, my husband, (50) and our three moms (70) and the apartment was perfect for us. It had all the things we needed for the perfect stay in Normandy. We will definitely stay here again!

Location was excellent! One block walk to shops and dining. The apartment needs more towels. One per person was not enough. The spiral stairs up to the apartment was not mentioned in the VRBO listing. We are in mid 60’s so it was ok but if you can’t do 10 stairs straight up, look for a different place. Also, the listing didn’t say anything about a late check in fee. We found that out as we arrived. All in all, was a very good stay!!
