The furniture and beds were comfortable (king mattress not included, it needs to be repalce). The appliances were very nice, way more than you expect for a rental. Great neighborhood, close to the beach and convenient to all of the restaurants. Few things I would recommend is that they have a nicer place to sit outside other than the front porch. The outdoor furniture is old and worn down and is basically in the driveway. Maybe build a deck or something. Also some cosmetic repairs are needed from apparent water damage inside.
