Beds are comfortable, neighborhood is quiet and beach is a shortblock and a half away. The kitchen is very simple. The pots and pans are sufficient for breakfast but making a more complex meal would be tough with whats available. There was toilet paper and a few trashbags, but for 6 people and 3 days, more was needed. Overall, I would stay here again. It was clean. Another great plus was the washer/dryer, especially for the sand and towels. There were 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and wagon to pull them- so very helpful having that already there! Only complaint was cleanliness of the house. Dead bugs upon arrival on floors, master bathroom had hair on the floor and in the tub. The tub was not clean and ended up cleaning the bathroom myself. The towels had a wet musty smell to them. All in all we would probably stay here again but bring our own towels and cleaning supplies.
