KITCHEN AND DINING AREA If you’re planning a meal to celebrate a special occasion during your stay, the dining table is large enough to seat 8 people, and the kitchen is stocked with all the plates, glasses and cutlery you’re likely to need for any meal. It’s a modern kitchen full of quality appliances that will make preparing brilliant breakfasts or brunches, delicious dinners and tasty snacks any time of day a real pleasure. 3 BEDROOMS We’ll leave you to decide who sleeps where, but rest assured all beds are gloriously comfortable and all 3 bedrooms are presented to the highest standards and equipped with smart TVs. A great location for beach access and Bay St Louis activities. The master bath is somewhat awkward and would not be accomodating to larger individuals, but worked fine for us. There was a bottle of the towns local wine on the counter waiting on us as we arrived!! Fell in love with the master room bed and would love to know where they bought their pillows for it!! The property was clean and well-appointed with anything we could need. I appreciated that the living room couches were large enough for all of us to hang out together—I even got our teenage daughters to play a board game with us! The bedding and the bathroom towels were good quality and I really liked how spacious and well-lit the master bathroom was. We traveled to Bay St Louis to attend a close family member’s funeral. It was a very sad time but staying in such a comfortable and clean place made it feel just like home. This was my second time to get to stay here and each time it feels like a second home. I can’t wait to go back! It’s in a great neighborhood, safe and quiet. All the touches and amenities are perfection including a super comfy bed and pillows which is the most important thing ranking just under cleanliness. We had to leave each morning to get coffee because the Keurig was pouring grounds into our cups. We tried running water through it but no success. We usually have breakfast and chill for the morning but coffee is a mandatory part. Our evening to grill was a flop because the grill is a joke. The grill was small charcoal cheap piece that definitely was more for wieners but not steaks. Not one utensil in the house for a grill! No lighter. The rug at the back door needs a gripper under it. One of us almost had a very bad fall when her foot hit the rug and she took a ride right into the back door. The oven is a mess. We took a picture so we would not be accused. No one want to cook in an oven in that shape. CTC did not disappoint nor did our favorite restaurants. BSL is still tops in our books for location and fun. ##### Janice M. Only a couple of LITTLE things a renter might want to know and , yes, I am being nik-picky. I THINK I read that it has 3 bathrooms. If I did it only has 2 1/2 bathrooms. No big deal. The toilet in the master bath is kind of close to the wall. I am a 6'4" man and I had to turn slightly sideways to sit down. The house seem to stay cold even when we turned the AC up to 74\. Most people would probably like that. The house is only a few hundred yards from railroad tracks. I could hear the train horn 2 to three times each late evening and early morning. If you are a heavy sleeper you probably will not hear it. The house was very well stocked with almost everything you will need. Fenced in back yard for my little dog was a perk. Plenty of streaming channels available for TV watchers. Overall, despite some little things, as I said, I would certainly rent it again. ##### james c.
