Dad wrote it best: fall in love with Sargent and enjoy the magic it has to offer. And there is genuine magic here. The kind that happens when the sun melts into the creek and turns everything gold, your line goes tight, and nobody wants the day to end. Just 80 miles southwest of Houston. Close enough for a long weekend. Far enough to feel like you actually left. The House Newly renovated and thoughtfully set up for fishing families who know what matters. Two cozy queen beds upstairs, a comfortable living room with futon and new furniture perfect for relaxing after a long day on the water. One full bathroom upstairs with shower, plus a second full bath downstairs in the utility area — so the whole crew can clean up without the wait. Heating and AC throughout keep you comfortable year-round. Smart TV and free WiFi for the evenings.
