"I stayed one night in an 'accessible' room - with two queen beds. The toilet, bath and shower all had safety metal grab bars installed - bath and shower setup - nice surprise. There was also a shower chair in the bathroom - bonus. The place was very roomy. I did not use the TV, so no comment. I made a cup of coffee in the morning in the room, even though I am not a fan of of Coffee Mate. Should have gone down the the restaurant, I guess. One thing I recommend is more designated spots for 'handicapped' permitted vehicles, close to the check in area. Reasonably priced room also for the size of it!"

"The room was super comfy and very clean, staff is friendly and helpful! I stay there for a concert at the Canadian Tire Center and it is a walkable distance from the hotel so definitely would recommend to stay there! Breakfast included but in IMO breakfast could be better, but the whole experience was 10/10!"
