"We didn’t even stay the night. Went somewhere else. Asked for a refund but non refundable online. He offered us another room but didn’t want it cus of the condition of the first room. Just said we will chalk that $75 up. Room smelt bad. The mattress cover had old blood stains from bed bugs that’s the main reason we didn’t stay. The guy was friendly but a no go for us. "

"Overall the stay was okay upon arrival the outside looked nice but the inside wasn't very updated. As it seems with every hotel the pool was closed. Checkin process was standard and the room seemed to be okay size. The mattress itself seemed to be new but the sheets and duvet all had stains the ones that came with the room had red stains that looked like blood. I called the front desk and received another set just for those to have makeup stains which was better than blood but still disappointing. The giant jacuzzi tub either had red marbling or red stains I couldnt really tell which but that was a little off putting so I opted not to use the tub. The shower had hot water and good water pressure but the bathroom as a whole had no complimentary hand soap. The hotel does offer shampoo, conditioner and lotion dispensers though. The breakfast overall was good food was hot and they had a good selection to choose from they closed at 9am which seems like a good time frame. Close to checkout we had a housekeeper knock on our door to ensure we were packing and leaving then not even 5 minutes later the front desk called to again make sure we were leaving. To me that seemed little absurd we knew the checkout time and were packing our bags I can understand 10 minutes till but 45min before checkout time felt like I was being rushed out. "
"The only comment, and this is minor, our room door hinges needed a little oil. We hoped it didn't wake any other guests when we were opening and closing it."
"Biggest issue I had was an almost total lack of the ability to speak English by the person at the front desk at night. I made a reservation for two rooms. It asked for the other travelers’s name for the second room when I made the booking. The gentleman checking me in, could not find the other reservation. He took a screenshot of his computer to show me and on the screenshot was the name of the person that the room was under. He could not grasp that this person was there under my reservation. I made another reservation for a single room while sitting in the lobby. during that time he was able to find the reservation. At that point it was too late and I had three rooms reserved. Now I get to call Expedia and try to get a refund. If you can’t comprehend the English, don’t f’in work at a hotel front desk. "
"This hotel seems very new and is extremely clean. We stayed on the first floor so the ceiling was very high, which made our room a little echo-y. With loud kids that might make a difference. We were right next to the lobby, so very convenient for pool, ice, breakfast, but you could hear some noise from the breakfast area so request further away if that bothers you. Bed was comfortable, pillows were not. You cannot turn out the little light by the bathroom switch, and for some reason the thermostat would come on and light up the room randomly. The window blind fits in to a slot so there was no light coming in at all which was great being that the parking lot was outside our window. It felt very safe there, but there are no restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good, nice variety, and plenty of it even at 9:30am. Room was spacious with a king bed, chair and desk, and lounge chair. Shower was nice, and shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion were provided. And again, it was very clean. It worked well for us, and I’d stay there again, plus recommend to others. "
