In the hamlet Font Castellan 2.5 km from the centre of Bauduen, 17 km from the centre of Aups, in a secluded, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 200 m from the lake. For shared use: large terraced garden, 3'000 m2 (not fenced) with plants and trees, meadow. Private: beautiful garden to relax. Steep motor access to the house (ramp). Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, bus stop 14 km, swimming bay 800 m, lake Lac de Sainte Croix 200 m. Nearby attractions: Moustier 30 km. Hiking paths: Gorges du Verdon 20 km.
    "Marges", 5-room semi-detached house 150 m2 on 2 levels, south-west facing position. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: large living/dining room with 1 sofabed and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 4 rooms, each room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace 100 m2, south facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi). Parking (2 cars).
