Upstairs, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with bunk beds—as well as a WC. A portable air conditioner is available to cool the upper floor. The ground floor features a welcoming living space with a fully fitted kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine), a bathroom, and a second WC, providing all you need for an independent stay.



The house opens onto a bright 16 m² veranda leading to a 15 m² terrace, ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing in the sun. A small gate gives access to a pine-lined field that leads directly to the beach. After the sea, you can easily rinse off at the garden tap. Located in a pleasant residence, you also have access to shared amenities, including a swimming pool (July–August), tennis court, ping-pong table, and pétanque court, perfect for all ages.



You’ll enjoy a prime location just 800 m from the sea and 600 m from a supermarket with bakery, plus a parking space in front of the house for a hassle-free stay. Events are not allowed; bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented from the concierge for an extra fee.
