Absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious, modern, and beautifully appointed, with breathtaking views of the sea, mountains, and city. The location is perfect — close enough to the city to enjoy everything it has to offer, yet peaceful and relaxing, with direct access to a clean and uncrowded beach. There are plenty of excellent restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach. The area is quiet and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. I would definitely recommend this property and would be very happy to stay here again!

Nice new property with beautiful view of Batumi

Beautiful location right across from the beach. Great view of Batumi from our balcony. Really enjoyed the cafe on the property, we were there every day for coffee and the sandwiches were surprisingly good as well. It’s a new property with some construction happening, but nothing that disturbed our stay aside from a few quick power outages. The staff was very helpful and communicative, with special thanks to Nikoli in particular. They even accommodated a late checkout on our last day, which we greatly appreciated. We would stay here again if we return to Batumi.
