The room was great. They have an indoor pool but it is not heated. This is not stated in the hotel information and was quite disappointing!

The breakfast was great ! Room was awesome we brought kids got the suite perfect for kids to have the living room and parents have a room to themselves ... definitely staying here again

TownePlace was perfect for our needs at this time. It is a pet friendly hotel so the couch and ottoman have some tatters low to the floor but everything is clean. It would be nice if there was a luggage rack in the room so we wouldn’t have to bend over so far (we’re older and have back issues) but all in all it’s great for our needs.

Breakfast was very good and greatly appreciated the hot meal. I wish there was a restaurant for dinner as well because there is nothing in the area especially when you visit from our of state and don't have a car.

I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were separate bedrooms and nice and clean. I recommend a bigger trash can in kitchen area. Also the guy at the desk was rude to my friend when she went to get sheets. Other then that 9/10 recommended. I'm not staying anywhere else!

It was fine. I would rather pay more and get a cozier feel. I would describe it as a bit “echo-y”. The parking area was small (I had to park far away in severe weather) and not well lit. It didn’t feel secure, perhaps more lighting would help. I just couldn't sleep there; trying a step up next time.

Good area by the mall of Louisiana. But the ad said it hadxa hot tub, but did not. The pool was indoors, unlike most on area,but was not heated and unswimmable. The 3 pieces of fitness equipment did not work properly. The weed smell in the hallway was overwhelming . The room itself was a 4.5 however.

The price was reasonable. Our room, the bathroom door did not close properly. The sliding glass door on the shower was not able to keep water from leaking out onto the bathroom floor creating a puddle from one shower. The floor mat would get completely soaked and served no purpose from being soaked when stepping out of the shower.

The desk clerk was amazing he was friendly and very professional. He greet us when check in and when we checked out he thank us for staying there. He asked how our stay was and invited us back!! Thank you

We were placed into a 2 bedroom suite that had a broken window. The window had no glass and just a screen with a piece of material over the window. I called the office and Expedia to get the situation rectified and nothing still has been done. We were displaced and had to find another hotel. Still waiting on a refund. Horrible customer service.

Only thing I did not like is on Expedia it is listed to have a hot tub and does not. Which is one of the reasons I booked. So that was disappointing but overall was a nice room!

I think the value of this property is great. However it is quite noisy with poor noise isolation although it is a no party hotel.

My wife and I came for the holidays to spend time with family and we enjoyed our stay. It was clean and the experience was better than the original hotel we started at. I truly wish we picked this hotel from the start. When we do decide to come back this will be our choice.

Don’t stay here!!
The first stay there I had to get my 3rd room to it to be decent. The first room they gave me when I sat on the couch there was dog piss all over it, and then they move me across the end of the hall and the room condition. Looks like it was a very old building that they have ass renovated but. It well done. TV in the living room didn’t work TV in the bedroom didn’t work, so I went back to the hotel clerk, and she could not book me into another room so she gave me a master key which shouldn’t be given out but then she gave me a king studio room after two different queen suite rooms, and there was mosquitoes all in the shower in the room, which half were dead half was alive. Then the overall condition of the room you can tell is not well managed or maintained. I will never stay there again and this is the only second motel that I’ve ever said that at on Hotels.com, it has a high rating in the description. I also booked two rooms for two nights with my co-worker which she said, someone opened his door at 4 AM, but thankful he had the latch on where they could not get in so apparently someone else had a master key , and I was very unhappy with this stay

The hotel and room were immaculate. The staff was really nice. The varieties in breakfast items were appreciated. One of the main reasons we stayed here was the pool and the first night of our stay the water was freezing and the rest of the time it was closed so we were disappointed
