Summary: This historic 1950s Fidelity National Bank has been transformed into a dynamic, 9-story high-rise working and living space with a fully stocked grocery on the ground level. Conveniently situated on Third Street, the location boasts a range of offerings, including restaurants, lounges, live music venues, museums, and cultural & historic experiences. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of downtown Baton Rouge and floor to ceiling windows in the living area. The Space: ⋆ FREE parking for one (1) vehicle in the adjacent surface lot ⋆ One (1) pet under 50 pound is welcome for an additional $25/day up to $175. ⋆ Early check-in / late check-out may be requested for an additional $30, subject to availability. BEDROOMS - One (1) bedrooms with a queen bed. Luggage racks and iron & an ironing board available for use. BATHROOMS - One (1) en-suite, full bathroom. Personal hygiene items (i.e. shampoo, conditioner, body soap) are not provided.
