Newly renovated building in the heart of downtown Baton Rouge close to Old Spanish Town neighborhood, LA State Capital, and much more. Easy walking distance to all the highlights of the city including the Saturday morning Red Stick Farmers Market. The Space: \*Early check in / late check out is an additional $30, subject to availability\* One queen bed and one full bathroom. Sofa bed available for an extra 2 guests at additional cost (max occupancy of 4) Fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. Apartment is located on the ground floor of a quadplex. Guests must be able to manage a small flight of stairs into the building. Guest Access: The apartment has a wifi enabled keypad.
