This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house with a spacious backyard in Port Allen. Only minutes away from LSU! This home is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Its the perfect location for anyone looking to attend sporting events at LSU or a peaceful getaway.
One bedroom has a queen size bed along with a private bathroom, and the second bedroom is a child's room with a futon.
There is a guest bathroom in the hallway.
The third bedroom has a brand new queen size bed.
A twin size air mattress is also available upon request.
There is a driveway that is suitable for 2 vehicles.
The kitchen has an air fryer, oven, mini fridge, gas stove, microwave, and a dishwasher. There is also a stackable washer and dryer along with detergent for use.
There is a Roku&Fire TV with full cable channels along with:
Netflix
Disney+
Hulu
HBOMax
Guest will have full access to the home, except for every bedroom.
For example, if a guest only needs one room. Then the other two bedrooms will be locked.
Certain cabinets and closets will be locked as we have designated cabinets stocked for your needs.
