I stayed for 13 days this month for LSU move-in and rush. The condo was clean, but could really use a deep cleaning (walls, baseboards, carpets). It’s also very minimally appointed. One towel per person. One kitchen towel for the whole stay. We made it work by purchasing some extras at Walmart while we were there. 3 full bathrooms, comfy beds, and GREAT air conditioning. The previous booker left there trash in garage an it wasn't picked up before we arrived after checkin so the garage smelled horribly. The outlets in the dinning room wouldn't work, coffee pot wouldn't work ( was replaced ) did notice a smoke detector missing .
