Horrible hotel. 1/2 of the lights in parking lot where out. Our smoke detector started going off in the room at 3 am and then I called front desk they said maintenance man would be in at 8 am. At 10:00 still no one came to repair it. Left and came back later that afternoon and no beeping seemed to be Fixe then 30 mins I. The room it started again. Called front desk was given a new room but down graded and still have seen any type of compensation for it. This hotel needs repairs. Don’t waste your money.

I was in room 223 my blanket was stain tv didn't work, real slow drainage in tub, and very dusty. I left for 12hrs because of my daughter surgery, i told the front desk my complaints Monday and Tuesday morning. The lady at front desk said i would get a discount on this room. After i complained she said I could move to another room which was 221. I was tired and frustrated. I had no problem with her and she was very understanding.

Checking was great and the attendant at the front desk made my check in easy and quick. She gave me all the information I asked for and was very polite and pleasant to speak with.

I will never stay at another as long as I live.. Its always something with Hampton Inns..
I went to ck in and was told a room was not available and I would have to wait.. Even though there was ONE car in the entire parking lot.. I thought the place was closed.. because I booked through Expedia, they told me they couldnt upgrade me either.. I walked out and eat te nights stay and went to another hotel and vowed Id never stay at another Hampton ever! this place was terribele hole as well..

Checked in then we went play topgolf went back to hotel and room key didn't work went downstairs and had them reactivate it. When we went back to the room the key worked door unlocked but their was other people already in the room!! They were screaming and hollering at us. Went back downstairs and they were unsure what happened and gave us a different room.
The check in process was smooth. The office personnel pleasant. The room is large with several amenities. The mattress is very firm. My husband and I prefer a softer mattress, but everyone has their own preference in that area.
We stayed at this property to see a LSU football game. The property had all basic amenities and decent breakfast spread. The rooms could use some updating/remodeling, but overall the hotel had what we needed for the weekend.
Room classed as a suite, just a bed, fridge, microwave and table.
No cutlery, plates, cups or cooking facilities.

Foodstore should have more since little is within walking distance.
Room lighting was inadequate.
Should have advised that there was no room service for shorter stays.
