Cute rental near garden district

Close to LSU and plenty of restaurants etc… nice quiet neighborhood. Perfect for our long weekend visiting our college kid. Property was clean and cozy.

It is a great location, close to Perkins Row with lots of shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. One thing to note is that the bathroom is on the opposite side of the house than the main bedroom. Not really a problem, just inconvenient in the middle of the night. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and utensils and such. Would definitely stay here again.

Kims unit was very cute & clean! The bed (soft with nice linens) & furnishings were comfortable. The bathroom was small, but functional (we are not small people & were fine, but if you are very large the bathroom door & vanity placement might not work). Thick towels & plenty of paper goods. I would definitely stay there again or recommend it!

Garden District Rental

Nice and very clean apartment. I was pleasantly surprised by how roomy it felt. The front porch was very relaxing and the neighborhood is fun and close to many good places to eat or visit. I would be happy to stay here again.

Very clean and quiet location, close to our student at LSU. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Took a walk in the neighborhood and felt very safe. Location is convenient to many popular places in BR and we would certainly stay here again.

I adore this property. Wonderful location. Walkable when the weather isn't scorching hot. Very conveniently located close to stores, dining, and the LSU campus. I try to stay here every single time that I am in BR. :)

LSU Move in Weekend

We moved our daughter into LSU this weekend and we stayed at this property. It was absolutly perfect, convienent and exactly as described. My wife loved the layout and the amenities(that is saying a lot, and a bonus for me). We will absolutly stay again when in town. Thank you Kim for a great stay.

So cozy!

I came into Baton Rouge with my daughter for a long weekend baseball tournament at LSU. This place was awesome! Updated, clean, cozy, well stocked. The owner was very accommodating. The bed was very comfortable. We felt safe in the neighborhood and it was easy access to everything we needed. Very happy with this entire experience - 10/10 would recommend!

In Town for National Bowling Tournament

We stayed here for four nights while we were in Baton Rouge for the USBC National Bowling Tournament. It is about 10 minutes away (by car) from the Raising Cane Center. This apartment was the perfect size for the two of us, and it is decorated beautifully. We enjoyed being able to come back to the apartment after the activity and excitement of the tournament each day. It is located in a residential area, and the two of us took a walk around the pretty, tree-lined neighborhood several times. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth and easy.

Reviewing Host, not Property

We were switched to a different property the host owned, as this one was not available the dates we had booked it. The switch was the day of the stay, and was unexpected, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the other property! We were upgraded to a large home, so it was an upgrade. Very well appointed and clean. The only thing missing on the property was a hair dryer, but not a big deal! Host was always quick to respond to communication. We will stay with this host again when in Baton Rouge!

Almost Perfect Getaway

Kim's property was so inviting! The location was easy to find in a peaceful neighborhood. Although the tub was dirty, the rental appeared to be clean otherwise. The decor was calm and soothing. The quaint kitchen table was a thoughtful touch. Both beds were super soft and comfortable. Kim quickly responded to loud walking in the unit above us. There was one other incident beyond Kim's control, but she was apologetic for it. Our stay would have been stellar if it had not been for those two occurrences.

Nice Weekend

The place was as described with everything we needed for a quiet peaceful weekend. The only thing I wished for was more wash clothes in the bathroom. Upon leaving we had a problem communicating with the host through the App to inform them we were checking out. Otherwise everything was fine. That was the only reason I gave a lower rating on the communication which does not reflect on the host but the App/
