Private country setting yet close to MSU. Sitting on 2 acres with Apple trees, a large back deck, and fire pit.
This home is extremely spacious with over 2600 sq ft available. Nice open floor plan.
5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, 2 fireplaces, large deck, bar, family room and finished basement complete with walkout.
I specialize in hosting large groups and families. I have been blessed with a large home that can accommodate 19 guests. Sleeping options are listed in the pictures descriptions.

MSU Graduation Weekend

We used this property to celebrate our daughter's graduation from MSU - we live about 8 hours away. This was was nothing short of magical!! The hosts were amazing. We created so many wonderful memories here - we cannot thank you enough!!!! Book this house if you need space - plus a huge backyard!!!!!! In the country -but 15 minutes from MSU! So wonderful!

The home is lovely but had a few quirks/issues. Though clean, the lower level smelled dusty. Not all of the tv's were working, the ice maker in the fridge didn't work, the karaoke machine didn't work, and the back door/kitchen blinds only had 3 blinds on it. The home was well stocked and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. It worked well for our family holiday gathering..

Four Generation gathering

The house and property were spacious. We spent most of Saturday outside on the deck furniture. Little kids loved the trampoline and swing and we played alot of outdoor games in the big backyard. Plenty of tables for everyone to eat at the same time.
