### The Backyard Bungalow

The Backyard Bungalow is conveniently located in the heart of Batesville, close to shopping, schools, the White River, the community center, and restaurants. It is less than a minute away from Lyon College and less than three minutes from the hospital.

Guests will have access to two bedrooms, one bath, a full kitchen, and a laundry room!  
  
\*\*Please note that this home requires the ability to climb stairs, and while this home has it’s own private parking, entrance, kitchen, living, bed and bathroom, it is attached to downstairs apartment which has it’s own separate entrance and living quarters. You can have all the privacy you desire, but please note guests below you may hear your walking and movements.

Please note, you will need to have the ability to climb stairs to get to the front door.

Didn’t need direct communication with property owner because everything was accurately explained in the welcome email. Conveniently located near Supermarket (Krogers-3 blocks away, walkable). Very clean and comfortable apartment. Walmart about 5 min via car. Overall if my wife was comfortable and she was, then I am happy.
