Was courteously greeted upon entering the hotel to check in. While I am fully aware as to why a credit card is needed at check in, it would have been nice to hear the reason and the amount of the hold on my card. Room was very spacious, and I love the fact that the window can be opened, even if it is just a couple inches, for fresh air. Bathroom could have used some attention, primarily the shower floor, which appeared to still have grit and (ew) hairs leftover. 2 bath towles, no hand towels or bath floor towel, and there were no washcloths in the room. I went down to the front desk and asked for 3 or 4 washcloths at least, as there was 2 of us, and was given 2. Like they were made of gold or something??? Hotel was very quiet as well, which was pleasant.
