Location of the hotel is also good as it is near some heartlands shops and eateries and the Nagoya Shopping Mall so near. The reception staff should check the guest room or what room they booked . When I go in the room is small but I booked for deluxe room later they call me said is wrong room so I need to go down Recepetion. Again they give another room which can't open the door so I need to go down reception again . This not my work to go up and down check the room . The hotel staff should prepare what they surpose to give to guest . The next day breakfast time when I came there is no bread at all and they say finish , how it can be ? The mee hoon is very salty . So I drink black coffee only . This is terrible breakfast. The hotel should improved and the staff need training .
