The receptionist was unwilling to make arrangements for us to live in and made us stay at the lobby. We proposed to make a small top-up to the fees to occupy the empty rooms available immediately, while she make our slots for tomorrow open for booking - a win-win situation for both parties. However, she insisted that she has to contact the customer service to make it happen. In the end, we were made to wait at the lobby for 2.5 hours, not allowed to leave our baggage to go our activities after 2 hours, and eventually paid the full price to stay for the day. Not the positive experience I would expect from a proposed solution that works for both parties. With the power of reviews available to customers today, sincerity is more appreciated now than ever, I do hope the management will look into making RedDoorz a positive experience for travellers.
