Showing its age a little. It was very quiet. Note there is no lift but as our room was on the first floor, it wasn’t so bad. Breakfast was simple but plentiful. Only drawback we had was that reception staff spoke little English, making asking directions, parking etc difficult. Would stay again. A localização do hotel é muito boa. O único porém foi o estacionamento, que é pequeno, mas a equipe do hotel foi ágil em nos ajudar. Encontramos uma vaga próxima. The hotel is just across the street from the Batalha Monastery, and the upstairs breakfast room provides a beautiful view of the complex. The breakfast was very good. The rooms are on the small side, but perfectly adequate for a one night stay for two people. There is no elevator, but the staff insisted on carrying the luggage for us Seniors to our rooms. The hotel provides free parking although getting into it is tricky for a larger car. The other option is to pull into the hotel driveway to offload luggage, and then park overnight for free in the huge Monastery parking lot about a ten minute walk away. Batalha is a small city and there are not a lot of restaurants.
