We enjoyed our stay at Oriental Hotel. The staff, especially Vivian, Sam, and Bob were super helpful and friendly. It was raining and the street in front of the hotel was blocked off so Bob accompanied us to ensure we met a grab at the correct location. Breakfast is good but there is no dining for dinner. Very charming and quaint atmosphere would definitely stay again if travel brings me back to Hanoi.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and the service is amazing. It’s located in the old quarters so you need to be prepared for a busy and loud street. But once you enter the hotel, it’s feels like you walked in a completely different place

The hotel made my first trip to Hanoi really memorable and sweet.
From the first minute we stepped feet in the property to the last second we left, every staff member made us feel comfortable, warm and well nurtured.
