From the moment we checked in, we were treated to tea and the yummiest butter cookies which was so refreshing. They even had our room ready before the check in and we didn’t really even have to ask. Later in the evening, when they realized I was feeling unwell, she asked if I would like some ginger tea and it was the kindest gesture! This has been such a big part of us loving Vietnam and I truly can’t wait to be back. They were ultra kind to let us keep our bags here even when we weren’t staying on another day and took care of it! They gave us recommendations for everything, food, shopping, groceries and also tips about bargaining. Will 100% stay here when in Hanoi, primarily because the staff is just so so great!
