The building is characterized by a fieldstone facade over 1 meter thick with half-timbering. Inside the apartment, you'll find old wooden beams, clay plaster, and many original vintage details. The grounds are spacious with mature trees, including a view of a ginkgo tree (a natural monument several hundred years old). Those who appreciate peace, quiet, nature, and a rustic, old-world ambiance will find a relaxing and charming atmosphere here.
