Our space is designed to make you feel at home instantly. It gives you the feel of staying in a typical Goan village, yet it is well-equipped with all the modern amenities required in today's times. It’s a perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate from the hustle and bustle of the cities.
The space
Being located on the ground floor it allows you easy access to the garden space while being able to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids (if need be 4 adults). Additionally, it also has a sit-out overlooking the pristine river.
Not forgetting your workspace along with high-speed internet to make sure you can get all your work done.
Our home has been tastefully decorated, with the hall room having a dining setup, a smart TV, Wi-Fi, books, and games for your leisure time.

Our home also has a well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, water purifier, kettle, cutlery, beer mugs, wine glasses, coffee and tea mugs. Not forgetting a coffee/tea/cookie station for those early morning birdwatching sessions. In case you don't feel like cooking or stepping out Swiggy and Zomato work like a genie here.

Both our bedrooms come with ACs, wardrobes, and cozy beds. One has a workstation along with a door that opens out to a view of the river. Also, for all you music lovers out there pick up the guitar for a session of music.
There is one common bathroom with a toilet attached and an additional smaller common bathroom just in case. We provide fresh towels, soap, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, handwash, and face wash, alongside our solar water heating system for your hot showers. Last but not least a washing machine with detergent and softener.
Guest access
The entire garden area in front of our home is available for walk around by the river side and exploring nature at its very best.

Kindly avoid littering in and around the water body as it's harmful for our otter family and their friends (Harmful for all aquatic animals and birds)

IMPORTANT -
(INDIAN NATIONALS) - We would need a valid photo ID proof before your check-in via email.
(FOREIGN NATIONAL) - We would need your passport and visa proof before your check-in via email, this is compulsory to comply with the homestay and AirBnB rules here in GOA.

Since we are a nature-friendly property surrounded by garden space and greenery on all sides we tend to get visited by our friendly neighborhood lizards, geckos, and occasional spiders. Worry not they don't normally come out very often.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: We take a security deposit of Rs. 5000 on or before check-in, which is refundable during check-out (subject to damages, breakages, non-compliance with house rules, smoking inside the house, etc). The security deposit for longer stays is higher!
