"Room was not ready at check in time, Toilet was broken, ran the entire time we were there, sheets on pullout couch were dirty, I asked them to be changed and they weren't. TV was not clear at all."

"Room 607 has a king bed. The bed location is located very close to the heater and wall. This makes it tricky in getting out of bed, especially at night. You must be careful that you don’t trip or hit the heater. This should be fixed, before someone hurts themselves. "

"Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Location of hotel is nice and convenient. Only downside is the restaurant inside the hotel is desperately understaffed. The staff was amazing at the restaurant trying so hard to juggle everyone, but unfortunately they can only do what one person can do. So we ended up having to leave without supper, as the kitchen was very slow and only one waiter. "
