The store was only a block away to pick up groceries and the coffee at the place below was very good. The receptionist in the office was friendly and very helpful."Reviewed July 23, 2025Return • London (LON) - Kraków (KRK)STN - KRK • Direct KRK - STN • Direct£765£469found 1 day agoper traveller - The Leo Grand

Innere Stadt3 nights3.0 star property7.6/10 - Good (4 reviews)"Excellent location. Walking distance to almost everything. Train/bus station right across the street. Was disappointed in the amenities, no shampoo or no conditioner. Only provided 2 coffee pods for a three night stay, no option to replenish pods. It was very noisy at this location, could hear all the traffic and people at night so no good sleeps here. Off street parking was great! Beds were amazingly comfortable, woke up feeling refreshed every morning! We needed a pack n play half way into trip, and it was delivered same day we asked. No complaints. Would highly recommend!"Reviewed April 22, 2026Return • London (LON) - Kraków (KRK)STN - KRK • Direct KRK - STN • Direct£1,041£652found 1 day agoper traveller
Bašovce Hotel Deals
"They charge when I make check out for city tax !!!!"
"For the place it's nice hotel. It has some flaws but overall I'd go there again. Hotel is nicely designed but the rooms could be better equipped. We had full board, the buffet breakfast could be better, but I understand they can't put tons of food for total aprox 10 people accommodated in the hotel during our stay. The lunch and dinner was excellent. "
"Room was excellent. Very few staff spoke English but fortunately we spoke German which seems to be their second language."
"Excellent place and very unique and historical. The hot tubs and amenities are a must. A bit expensive vs other options but worth it. The breakfast and dinner were delightful as well!"
"Staff were very kind and courteous. The spa treatments were great, we got them at the Irma spa and they were lovely. We did the mirror pool and mud pool + short massage, which made the trip worth it. The area itself is really beautiful, green and nice to walk around / have a drink. Also there are restaurants nearby in town which are really nice. Overall a nice trip but the other reviews are right that the property itself is dated. First impression on arrival wasn’t great but stay was nice...
