We kindly advice our guests to contact us as soon as they notice anything in the property that may negatively impact their stay so we can resolve the issue immediately where possible. It is unfortunate that your arrival coincided with rubbish collection in the area, the good thing is that as you may have noticed, once that is over the place returns to an ordinary residential look. You will be pleased to know that the wear and tear on the inside of the house has now been sorted. We thank you for the feedback. Our self catering accommodation provides all the necessary amenities for your arrival before you can stock up for your stay. Washing facilities are available including an airing rail in the downstairs cupboard to enable you to wash and air your laundry outside weather permitting. We have unfortunately not been able to locate the animals you saw but would like to assure you that the brick and mortar shed in the garden is a very safe place to place black bags with rubbish while waiting for collection as our council does not do bins. With improvements being continuously made on all our properties all the time, we look forward to welcoming you back for a better experience at this particular house and hope this time your back will not stop you enjoying our comfortable beds.
