It is accessed by a shared staircase that leads to a balcony with spectacular views of the bell tower and the surrounding mountains . The apartment opens out to a spacious and bright living area with an open kitchen, dining area, sofa, TV and decorative fireplace (not usable). From the living room there is access to a small panoramic balcony with a breathtaking view of the mountains . The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, and can accommodate an additional cot. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine . An internal wooden staircase leads to the loft , an additional bedroom with two single beds and a small sink, perfect for children or adults who appreciate the atmosphere of a real mountain cabin. 💚 Guests can also use the shared terrace at the entrance and the large common garden at the back of the house, surrounded by greenery and tranquility . 📍 Location: in the center of Barzio, a short walk from bars, restaurants and shops. The Piani di Bobbio mountain trails and cable car are reachable on foot or with the free winter shuttle.
