The equipment is adequate but quite basic. We weren't able to put the central heating on during the daytime when there was a cold spell, without requesting assistance from the housekeeper. The housekeeper was extremely helpful and friendly. The house was very clean with a comfortable bed."

"This was an absolute gem of a retreat. I was on a choir visit at The Abbey and needed to get there and back quickly between rehearsals and services and the place was just gorgeous. Beautifulmbig bedroom with all those little touches and sweet garden. Staff really helpful about leaving the car there after checkout and having a friend over for coffee. Breakfast was incredible…I want to come back!!!"
