"The staff was excellent, courteous and friendly. We use this brand often traveling around the country; it is consistently good quality. The only two issues with this hotel are parking @ $48/day and location. While it is in a good neighborhood, it borders on one that is in decline. I would not walk alone at night alone. "

"Went to the bar and no one to help us. Couch in the room stained and not able to watch tv. Kept buffering. Otherwise comfortable. "

"The staff was helpful. There was no hair dyer in the room, no tissues. AC was difficult to maintain. Only working ice maker was on 2nd or 3rd floor. The staff did get us ice from the kitchen "

"Charged me for $30 dollars for valet parking when I didn’t even have a car during my stay. I called multiple times and was told the refund was processed. 2 weeks went by and it still wasnt processed so I called again and finally after that the date of the refund was today. The staff lied about the refund for a bogus charge that never even should have occurred. Not sure if they are crooks or incompetent."
