The property was very clean and well maintained. The secluded location within a short drive to so many activities is exactly what us city dwellers want on a vacation. There was a turkey in the driveway one morning and we caught a glimpse of a bear at the end of the driveway one day. The house was more than spacious enough for the nine of us. The very comfortable beds helped us to re-energize after our busy days. The well equipped kitchen made cooking for nine a breeze. The internet connection was more than adequate even with our dozen devices connected to it. We didn’t need to reach out to the owners, but they informed us they would be traveling abroad and assured us they would respond as quickly as they could if we needed anything. It is a beautiful home in a central location to enjoy the White Mountains. Lots of attractions in a close proximity. Had some hiccups when we arrived as the home had not been cleaned yet. Housekeeping came & did a super job making the place feel fresh again. Thought the furniture could have been better placed in the common area on the first floor. Only complaint with the kitchen was there were only 4 spoons. Other than that we had everything that we needed. Curtains are outdated & should be removed. Quiet morning coffee on the deck to plan our day was something to look forward to. The location is secluded and quiet yet central to hiking, exploring, shops and dining.
