Für fast 4500,- € (2 Wochen)haben wir mehr erwartet!
Als erstes, die Location war traumhaft. Eine eigene Badestelle zu haben ist toll, wir haben es sehr genossen. Das Haus an sich ist schon gut, dennoch haben wir einiges zu bemängeln. Die Einrichtung kann man als sehr spartanisch ansehen. In jedem der 3 Schlafzimmer stand zum Verstauen der Kleidung lediglich eine Kommode (kein Schrank mit Kleiderstange) zur Verfügung und kleine Wandhalterungen dienten als Nachtschränkchen. Am Esstisch waren statt 6 nur 4 Stühle vorhanden, so dass wir 2 Sessel von der Terrasse nehmen mussten. Im Übrigen sollten die Sitzauflagen mal gereinigt werden.Die Leiter am Steg war defekt und konnte nicht genutzt werden.Das Vorhandensein von Waschmaschine und Trockner war natürlich ein Vorteil. Einen Wäscheständer haben wir jedoch bemisst ( haben wir gekauft und dort gelassen). Die sehr schöne Sitzgruppe am „Sandstrand“ haben wir -da die Sonne so kräftig schien-
nur am Abend nutzen können, da der Sonnenschirm fehlte (die dafür vorhandene Steckvorrichtung war vorhanden).
Darauf angesprochen, teilte uns der Vermieter mit, wir hätten doch auf der Terrasse eine Markise.
Wir sind bestimmt keine Querulanten und auch nicht pingelig, aber bei dem für 2 Wochen gezahlten sehr hohen Mietpreis haben wir schon einen gewissen Luxus bzw. einen besseren Komfort erwartet.
Resümee: Wir fahren bestimmt noch einmal an den Harkebrügger See, werden aber eine anderes Haus mieten.

Schönes Ferienhaus in wunderschöner Lage
Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus an einem kristallklaren See, der auch zum Baden geeignet ist. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig, Bauarbeiten in der Siedlung fallen nicht weiter auf. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden, aufgrund der Entfernung ist aber eine zwei- bzw. vierrädrige Fahrgelegenheit von Vorteil. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Leer, Wilhelmshaven, Oldenburg) sind gut erreichbar. Kurzum: es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Ein Haus zum Wiederkommen
Phantastisches Haus in schöner Umgebung mit direktem Seezugang. Zimmeraufteilung für 6köpfige Familie ideal. Tolle Sauna, Grill, Terrassenmöbel, SUP, Surfbrett, Ruderboot, Federballset, Fußball. Ein Traumurlaub bei sommerlichen Temperaturen.

Toller Urlaub
Das wunderschöne Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist modern und hell eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alles ist vorhanden auch wenn der Stauraum in Form von Schränken für 6 Personen relativ knapp ist. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt um sich selbst zu versorgen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit Fahrrad oder Auto bestens zu erreichen. Einziger Kritikpunkt wären die Betten die ggf einer neuen Matratze bedürfen. Sie waren leider etwas „durchgelegen“.
Wir würden uns freuen wiederkommen zu dürfen. Danke an den tollen Vermieter der uns bei unseren Technikproblemen super hilfsbereit zur Seite stand. 1000 Dank für den schönen Urlaub bei Ihnen!

Erholsame Zeit zwischen den Jahren
Unsere kleine Großfamilie (3 E, 2 K [16 & 14]) hatten das Vergnügen, die Zeit zwischen den Jahren im Ferienhaus verbringen zu dürfen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und die Lage mit Blick auf den See traumhaft. Der Gaskaminofen verschönert kalte Winterabende. Ruderboot und SUP-Board konnten wir wegen der Witterung nicht nutzen. Ist aber eine sehr schöne Sache im Sommer (haben das so unsere sehr positiven Erfahrungen an ähnlicher Stelle schon machen dürfen). Die Ferienunterkunft ist perfekt, um auszuspannen und zur Ruhe kommen zu können. Aber Ausflugsziele an der Küste oder im Umland von Bremen, Bremerhaven bzw. Wilhelmshaven sind gut zu erreichen (1 - 1.5 h Fahrtzeit). Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos und sehr angenehm.

Superschön gelegen und erholsam
Sehr schönes Haus direkt am See. Wenn alle Bauvorhaben der Siedlung erledigt sind, kann man sich bestimmt super erholen. Hat uns aber nicht so gestört. Der See ist toll zum baden und schwimmen zu jeder Tageszeit. Am besten haben wir die Aussendusche mit warmen und kaltem Wasser genossen. Würden das Haus auf jedenfall wieder mal mieten.

Schöner Kurzurlaub
Ein wirklich schönes Haus in toller Lage!
Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, nur Verbesserungsvorschläge. Im kleinen Zimmer fehlen kleine Lichter zum Lesen und es könnte mehr Geschirr da sein. Bei 6 Personen sehr knapp.
