"Room windows were painted-shut, no way to open them. Room was equipped with a heater, but didn't have A/C, humidity stayed in and air wasn't renewed enough. Room doors aren't soundproofed enough, I had the bad luck of staying over a hockey weekend, and kids were running around and playing hockey in the corrider in front of my room, while parents were drinking beers and eating pizza next to them. Had to call front desk twice to get order restored (some people are working...) Cleanlines could have been better as well, while not the worst."

Their customer service was exceptional — friendly, efficient, and thoughtful in every interaction. They made the check-in process seamless and were happy to answer questions and ensure everything about my stay was perfect. Alex is a fantastic representative of the Comfort Inn brand, and their positive attitude really stood out.
