"The room was clean, we had an issue with the fridge in the room however it addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. The room was very comfortable and we appreciated the ability to open the window in the room. The cost of the room was acceptable to me as well. The staff were very friendly and accommodating when needed. We did not take advantage of the breakfast due to our plans in the morning, though it smelled delicious. "

"We had a great stay. Rooms were very clean. Hotel was quiet, beds were comfortable and breakfast was great. Loved the convenience of walking to the Beerhouse for supper and stopped at Tim's on our walk back to hotel. Would definitely recommend."

"I have dietary issues, lactose intolerant and gluten free. No efforts were made to offer foods with these ingredients and when asking staff if the pre-made eggs were lactose free her response was they are pre made and she wouldn’t check the ingredients."

"The room was older but very clean. There was a bit of mold in the bathroom and the tub had seen better days but otherwise everything else was in good condition. It was nice to have a patio door and have direct access to our vehicle. The staff was lovely. The pool and amenities around the hotel were great for a family. The breakfast was horrible. Everything was burned or overcooked and nothing was restocked. The waffle machine did not work very well. Overall it was convenient and a good place to stay close to everything we needed access to."

"My partner and I have stayed here three times now and have always had a great experience. We especially love the pool and hot tub - good size and so bright and warm feeling with the skylights and surrounding windows. Affordable, clean, comfy beds, and close to downtown. Breakfast is fine. Service is great. We arrived a couple of hours early this last time and they allowed us to check in early! Definitely our preferred place to stay in Midland."
