I contacted them and was told they were sending someone to fix it and it wasn’t fixed. I left a day early and had to book a hotel elsewhere because I just couldn’t take having to shower in cold water for another day. "Don’t get me wrong very well stay and rooms and cleanliness was a top 10 only thing got me I booked this trip me and my family back in February flew all the way to Puerto Rico for the front desk to tell me 1 of my rooms were cancelled by who I wanted to no they tried to blame Expedia but Expedia had to no claim of this what so ever nor did I receive a cancel email it was upon the resort mistake but they told me I had you get daughters with me and my wife had to stay on different floors because of resort mistake asked manager was it anyway we can have rooms next to each other all booked up on count of there mistakes didn’t offer to do anything to help or offer anything to accommodate their mistakes other than that pretty nice place to stay"
