"I booked and paid through the app, but at check-out, the hotel didn't provide an invoice because I booked through Hotel.com or Expedia. My trip was for work, and I can't justify the expense. I called Hotel.com, but no one resolved the issue; the people who answered didn't speak Spanish. Expedia wouldn't answer my calls. In short, I won't book through the app again because they don't provide a tax invoice."

"Staff at front lobby and the person at door are not welcoming.This is first hotel I have been to where the staff do not greet you. The wifi did not reach the room I stayed in, which the hotel should not put people in that room if they know this is a problem. Also if you are a deep sleeper and can sleep with noise, this is your hotel, other wise DO NOT STAY HERE!"
