This luxury self-catering spa-home is situated in Hoylandswaine, on the foothills of the Peak District and overlooks the Pennines.

Sleeping eight adults across four well-appointed double bedrooms; one super king-size suite with adjoining bathroom, one king-size double ensuite, one king-size double room, and one double bedroom.

Contemporary styled rooms are fitted with the latest 4K smart TVs, SONOS, 'Hollywood' style vanity mirror and dresser, fitted wardrobes, quality linens, duvets and pillows with ample towels and spa-robes.

Host in style in the spacious open-plan kitchen diner expertly equipped to tackle any culinary challenge, complete with modern touches and integrated appliances to assist in cooking up family-favourite dishes. Dual floor-to-ceiling fridge freezers, a utility room with a washer and dryer, and a selection of the latest SMEG coffee-making facilities

The living room 90” UHD TV with 5.1 surround is perfect for movies nights in, and with free access to Sky HD, Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime, you'll never be short of anything to watch. The Ultra-fast 150Mb fibre broadband ensures everyone can stream or play online at once.

Alternatively, walk through the French doors onto the garden, and you can soak up the sunshine on the patio with a drink before dipping into the bubbling hot tub to savour a moment of relaxation.

Young ones can escape to the separate snug room which features a 65” UHD TV, Xbox One X with GamePass along with a selection of board games and toys, or maybe even curl up on the large sofa and read a good book.

Holly House is the perfect holiday cottage for a group of friends or family to enjoy at any time of year, with scenic walks nearby at the Yorkshire Dales and Peak District National Parks.

Fuel, power, linens and towels are included in the rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off-road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Do not use the Jacuzzi after 10pm or bring glass into the tub. Ensure you shower throughly before using the spa to keep the water clean and clear.

No Parties. Loud music, shouting and generally disruptive behaviour is not acceptable. Neighbours will contact me immediately if there is disturbance.

You maybe asked to leave if there is a serious or repeated breach of rules 1 or 2. Inviting additional guests over is also forbidden.

Beautiful house, fab mini break

The house is beautifully appointed - clean, welcoming, cosy yet hi-tech! All home comforts catered for and superb hot tub jacuzzi. Visitor's book full of useful information and guidance for a great stay. Great communication with property managers, can’t fault it
