"Breakfast is just average and the shower was mislabeled red/hot was actually cold and the way the shower is set up you have to get drenched in cold water in order to change the temperature and the sliding door wasn't working properly. I guess they are replacing the carpet because it was all concrete floor and trash sat out in the hall by the elevator all day"

"Overall it was fine though I kinda wished the staff would have allowed us to check in 10 minutes before actual check-in because we spent most of the day on the road. Property could probably use some upkeep in terms of looking nicer and probably another issue which isn't entirely their fault is to get into the actual hotel room. But outside of that everything was good. "

"I had a great stay at The Addison. I originally booked 5 nights but ended up only needing 4, and management was very helpful in accommodating that change, which I really appreciated. The breakfast offered a good variety each morning, and while the lobby shows some signs of the hotel’s age, it’s still very nice and welcoming. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful, and my room was cleaned daily. I’m especially grateful to the front desk for accommodating my last-minute request for a room closer to the lobby due to an injury—it made a big difference during my stay. Overall, I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again."

"The pictures that are posted are deceiving. The lobby is being renovated so it looks like the pictures. The rooms are horrible. My first room had bugs in the kitchenette, air conditioning unit was loud as if about to explode. And…Neighboring unit’s marajuana could smelled thru the vents. I was moved to a different room. Fridge was dirty. We saw a roach in the sink, the dishes were in the cabinet but dirty, no dish detergent. Hair on the floors. No broom. To top it off, no hot water!!! The water only got warm. Front desk told me to let it run 30-45 minutes before using it?!? To top it off, there was a strange man wandering n the parking lot asking for cigarettes as I was leaving one day. He appeared to be coming from the back of the property and was on his way out after asking me. Too much. In hind site, it may be best to look at reviews in other sites to see customer photos. "
