Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 14 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 35 m² garden. Sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises \- A 14 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area \- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. \- A bedroom with two single beds and a sofa-bed \- A shower room with shower and WC, accessible from the bedroom For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
