The Good check in was quick and painless, bathrooms where clean and decent with a good AC in the room. The bad, area around it looked like a bomb went off. Uncut grass, water damage on the walls, stains on the pillows and bed, bed as hard as a rock.

Good price and location for my Business Travels

Cold night so Interior entrance kept room warmer. Non carpeted. Usual degrading furnishings. Hot shower. Towels graying and discolored. Firm mattress. Tv worked well. Small room but large bathroom.

This might be the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Roaches, old soap and hair in the shower, stained sheets, dirt on every surface. I suspect there was dried vomit on one of the bed frames. Door is propped open 24/7 with a brick, so super safe. Sleep in your car before you sleep here.

Sheets were dirty, hair everywhere, the floor looks like it was never cleaned, found an old customers Costco card in the drawer along with their old room key, bathroom not clean (toilet seat and shower dirty).

I was the only person staying at this hotel and didn’t seem safe. When I arrived, the front door was locked and had to wait to be let in. Ended up not staying there and driving back to where I’m from through the night.

Worse place ever, actually trying to stop my credit card payment. We walked in the place smelled of pot (extremely) strong. I believe the front desk person was as high as a kite. We walked in to our room and it smelled of tobacco, checked the sheets and they were absolutely nasty. Horrible Horrible! We turned around and left the hotel DID NOT STAY. We also felt very very unsafe. It was like a place you'd seen on a horror movie.

I can't for the like of me figure out why you guys would even have this place as a recommendation I tried to reach you all when I saw the condition of this place they allowed me to inspect 4 rooms and my biggest regret is that I didn't have my camera with me so I could share the true pictures of this place however my daughter told me she could post this on her Facebook page to expose them for what they truly are being hooked into cause when we book online they're refusing to refund people money and you guys would have to approve it before it can be returned this was my first time ever using your online service and it not something I would recommend to anyone

DON'T BOOK HERE SCAM-Horrible hotel

The rooms were horrible at this hotel. I was greeted with strong cigarette odors from the first room, a dirty toilet and terribly dirty and stained linen and towels. The 2nd room was worse adding a curtain that was falling off the wall. My family saw 4 rooms and neither of them was fit for anyone to stay in. When we asked for a refund they declined because we booked online. The worst part is that the manager has no compassion they know their hotel is subpar and they are getting rich keeping the money of online bookings.DON'T BOOK ONLINE WITH ANYONE. Hotels.com told me that they would have to get permission from the hotel to return my money. Trivago said similar to my family members. We ended up getting a room at another hotel at the last minute. Worst hotel experience I have ever had.
