"It was a pleasant surprise to arrive at the facility which is surrounded by magnificent trees, gardens and the historical buildings that Beechworth is famous for. It is only a short walk into the Main St and lake or an easy drive, it was a pleasure to stay here. Although the room was very small it fulfilled my needs as I was a solo traveller"

"Property was not presented as advertised. Very run down. We didn't stay the 2 nights that we had booked. Staff wouldn't respond to our bell at reception. Very disappointed."
