    The property boasts three comfortable bedrooms, including two well-sized double bedrooms, and a twin bedroom. The spacious open-plan kitchen and living area offers a modern and inviting space for both cooking and relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare delicious meals, and the living area provides ample seating, creating a warm and welcoming environment to unwind after a day of adventure.



    In addition to the open-plan space, there is a main bathroom, thoughtfully designed with both functionality and comfort in mind. It includes all the essentials for your convenience. The ensuite shower room, attached to one of the double bedrooms, provides added privacy and comfort for those staying in that room.



    Step outside and you'll find a large picnic bench, the perfect place to enjoy a meal al fresco or simply relax with a drink while soaking in the breathtaking views. From this outdoor spot, you can enjoy panoramic vistas stretching across to Harter Fell and the surrounding countryside, making it an ideal location to appreciate the natural beauty of the area.
